Our Piano Moving Process

1. Free onsite or virtual estimate

We assess your piano’s size, shape, weight, your origin & destination locations (including floors, stairs, elevators, tight spaces), and any extra services (disassembly/re-assembly) to deliver a clear, no-surprise quote.

2. Preparation and protection

On move-day, we wrap your piano in protective blankets, shrink‐wrap as needed, secure it on a piano board or dolly, protect your floors and doorways with padding, and ensure the crew is coordinated.

3. Safe transport and arrival

Using trucks with proper padding and secure tie-downs, we transport your piano with care. At the destination, we carefully unload, navigate stairwells or elevators, place the piano exactly where you want it, level it if needed, and clean up.

4. After-move support

We offer guidance on when to schedule tuning, how to re-attach any removed parts, and what to expect after the move (for example, minor settling or tuning drift). If you need storage or staging before delivery, we also help with that.
